One of regular and accomplished commenters, Terry from Taichung guessed Portugal for the guessing comp (see below). Johan narrowed it right down to Madeira, then Danny from Bitan (I think I know who you are!!) got the spot name itself, Jardim Do Mars. It's a pretty heavy spot even though it looks reasonably benign in the shot below and above and it is known as a big wave magnet with some of the heaviest clean up sets you'll find anywhere.
